Notting Hill has fast become one of London's most popular residential areas, abounding with restaurants, bars, shops, and the celebrated Portobello Market. Kensington Gardens, Holland and Hyde Parks are a few minutes walk away.
The nearest underground station is Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith and City Lines) or Holland Park (Central Line). However, nearby Notting Hill Gate is served by three different tube services, namely the Central, Circle and District Lines. There are several bus routes that stop in Ladbroke Grove only yards from the property and there are usually plenty of black cabs which can be flagged down in the same area. The building has been tastefully divided into five fully furnished, self contained apartments, each occupying one floor. The apartments overlook, to the rear of the property, a large secluded garden square which is available for residents' use only.
